I want to tip my hat to a company out of Covington Georgia called Nyloboard.
The have begun taking carpet destined for the land fill and re-purposed it into a material perfect for decks. This product is mildew, rot, sun, and termite proof.

When I first hired Jay to clean my carpets, I thought ‘well, it will be nice to have clean carpets for a week or so’. After he and his wife were finished, I was stunned at how wonderful of a job they did. My carpet was its original color again and the whole house smelled so exceptionally clean, even for a self-admitted OCD-like freak here. The really cool part is that the carpets remained at that level of cleanliness for over a month, with regular vacuuming of course.
So here I am right now, after having my carpet cleaned again, sitting on my desk, enjoying a freshly deep-cleaned house.
